Shelby is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with over two years of experience working across the full continuum of care, including detox, residential treatment, PHP, and IOP. At CoRecover, she provides both individual and group therapy with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. Shelby specializes in trauma-informed, strengths-based counseling. She has extensive experience in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, discharge planning, and facilitating therapeutic groups. She works closely with families to strengthen support systems, improve communication, and help loved ones better understand the recovery process.
